Offerings
One-on-One Coaching
We start with a free 30-minute Discovery Call. From there, we explore what next steps you would like to take. Most coaching happens virtually or over the phone but occasionally, in-person sessions take place. A typical trajectory of a coaching relationship looks like the following:
-Discovery call (30 min)
-Visioning (1 hour)
-Values and Strengths (1 hour)
-Four follow-up sessions (30-60 min each)
-Follow-up sessions are extended based on the changes within the client or their interest to refine and update their short-term goals
-Closing session (1 hour)
Workshops
After connecting about what is important to you and your community, I create an outline of a custom in-person workshop. We proceed when things are mutually agreed upon. Workshops can vary in length from 60 minutes to multiple days. Examples of workshops:
-Grit and Vulnerability: The importance of effort and grace
-Beautiful Simplicity: How to create a supportive environment for yourself/your family
-Routines: How to create them and stick with them
-Non-Violent Communication: Observe, Need, Feel, Request
Group Coaching
Similar to workshops, we come together as a group as small as three people and explore in a more interactive way a common focus. Some examples are Routines, Simple Meals, Journaling/Tracking, Boundary setting, Visioning, Values & Strengths. Group coaching sessions can be a single session or a series of sessions that meet monthly.
Retreats
The first retreat will take place in the San Juan Mountains, Colorado this fall. This year it is an all women’s backpacking trip to connect to our bodies, our selves, and one another in the beautiful surroundings. All spots have been filled. Please check the website for future offerings.
